Why and how to become sponsor of and/or exhibitor at InterPore2018
We are expecting more than 1000 abstracts submitted to InterPore2018. Our conference participants are very divers: experimentalists, numerical modelers, users of complex porous media software, mathematicians and practitioners from academia and porous media industries (oil and gas, food, liquid absorbents, paper, filters, biological, soil, groundwater, fuel cells, textiles, etc.). Also, many PhD researchers and young scientists will attend.
We would like to invite interested companies, research institutions and universities to join us and support InterPore2018 as sponsors and/or exhibitors. As sponsor and//or exhibitor of InterPore2018, you will enjoy many benefits: free conference registration, name recognition of your institution to the entire porous media research community, recruitment opportunities as commonly about 50% of participants are PhD students and/or post-doctoral researchers, the possibility of linking with experts who are dealing with research and technical questions of potential interest to your company, and maximum exposure to this targeted audience of key international industry leaders and decision-makers from the porous media science and technology around the world.
Information for exhibitors during InterPore2018
An area for an exhibition stand will be made available – specific dimensions will be listed here soon. A desk and two chairs, electricity, and wireless internet will be provided. The exhibition stands will be set up in hall I-1, in the same location where breaks, lunches, poster sessions (including beer and wine) will be held, thus ensuring significant traffic.
The fee for an exhibition stand is only 1500 Euro until March 1st 2018, which includes one free full conference registration. The registration fee for one additional exhibition staff will be 650 Euro. After March 1st the fees will be increased by 20%.
Institutional members of InterPore will get 15% reduction on the exhibition fee. Also, sponsors will get very significant reductions of the exhibition fee (see the information document for sponsors).
We can also make a package to suit your special needs and demands (e.g., a larger stand). Just let us know.

Information for sponsors during InterPore2018
It is possible to sponsor InterPore2018 Meeting at four different sponsorship levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Regular. Detailed information about the sponsorship fees and benefits are given in this document.
Institutional members of InterPore will get significant reduction on the sponsorship fees. Moreover, they will receive substantial reduction on the exhibition stand fee (up to 50% for platinum sponsors).
