Important notes: please read carefully

1. To qualify for the member registration fee, your InterPore membership must be current for 2023. Check the status of your membership account by clicking the "My Membership" tab on your membership page.

2. All non-member fees include InterPore membership for 2023.

3. To qualify for the reduced student registration fee:

  • Students must be enrolled in a full time study program at a recognized university or institute at the time of registration.
  • Student ID card and/or official proof of enrollment must be provided.

4. The fee for state and federal agencies, research laboratories, and non-profit organizations is the same as for academia.

5. The early bird registration deadline is 17 March 2023.

6. SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), as defined by the European Commission are companies with <250 staff and <€50m turnover. Proof may be requested.

Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. 

A number of conference grants for scientists from academic institutions from countries with lower- or middle-income economies and to graduate students will be available. More information can be found on the conference grants page.

Participants wishing to cancel their booking must notify InterPore by emailing secretary@InterPore.org. The registration fee will not be refunded; however, the registration may be transferred to someone else.
