Visa Information

InterPore2019 welcomes attendees from all around the world – and looks forward to seeing you in Valencia in May.

Do I need a visa to go to Europe?

Please visit https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/who-needs-schengen-visa/ for a list of countries whose citizens are required to obtain a Schengen visa in order to enter one of its member countries.

If your country is included in this list (link above), please read the following information carefully:

  1. InterPore recommends that you consult the website of Embassy of Spain in your country for the updated Spain Visa requirements as soon as possible to be informed about the visa application process for your country. A visa application process can be lengthy and it is strongly recommended that you start a few months prior to the conference if possible.

  2. Make an appointment with your local Embassy or Consulate of Spain to arrange for submitting your visa application.

  3. If needed, you can obtain a visa letter from InterPore provided that your abstract is already accepted for presentation at the meeting. If you wish to attend the meeting without presenting or as an exhibitor, you need to register first. Please download the form for participants here Fill out the form completely and send it to secretary@interpore.org. We will sign and stamp the form and send it back to you. Forms that are not signed and stamped will not be valid. For some domains (examples: 163.com or qq.com), while we are able to receive emails, our responses do not appear to go through. Kindly check your spam/junk folder if you are experiencing delay, and ensure that your firewall permits receiving emails from interpore.org.
