Lab of Foam Fluid

Aiming at the problems of high viscosity, high pressure, high salinity of deep reservoir fluid and inapplicability of traditional steam injection, the deep reservoir fluid development technology of CO2, flue gas and foam injection was created.

1D, 2D, and 3D experimental simulation system for the development of deep reservoir fluid, Antonpah rheometer, Teclis interface tensiometer, Foamscanner.

CT Micro-scale Flow Simulation Lab

The research area of the laboratory is to scan real rock samples of reservoirs to establish digital cores and pore network models. Based on these, micro/nano scale fluid flow simulations can be carried out using methods such as MS and LBM. Micro/nanoscale fluid flow simulation has many applications, including multiphase fluid flow simulation, dense reservoir boundary layer simulation, stress sensitivity experiments, and remaining fluid distribution research.

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Lab

The research area of the laboratory is to test parameters such as porosity, permeability, and degree of fracture development to evaluate the characteristics of reservoirs. It is possible to achieve dynamic monitoring of the displacement process, obtain the distribution characteristics of fluids in different sized pores at different displacement stages, and qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the displacement effect and mechanism.
