Submission deadline
The abstract submission will be open from the 1st of June 2018 and will be closed on the 7th of September 2018.
Abstracts are admitted for Oral as well as Poster contributions.
- Oral: An oral contribution will be a talk for 20min, including discussion.
- Poster: A Poster contribution will be a poster of size A0 presented in the poster area and during the poster session.
All contributions are to be presented in English.
Abstracts should be submitted in English and not exceed 1500 characters. Equations can be embedded in the text, but not figures.
Before submission, a presenting author(Speaker) and a session(Track), to which the abstract is submitted, has to be selected. Plenary and invited speakers, please submit to the Track Plenary and Invited.
